Processing & Shipping Times
We take pride in fulfilling each order with precision and care. As a small business, our processing time is 5-7 business days before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, unforeseen delays (such as courier issues or high order volumes) may occasionally occur. If you experience any delays or concerns, please reach out to us at support@maisondelumiere.co.za
Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
